Research Interests

My research interests span in the field of mental health data science, with a focus on developing statistiscal and computational approaches leveraging multi-modal imaging and genetics to understand typical and atypical brain development.

  • Graphical Models (Directed/Undirected)
  • Machine Learning in Neuroscience
  • Multimodal Fusion
  • Data types: MRI, DTI, fMRI, MEG, SNP, DNA methylation
  • Psychiatric Diseases: Schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc.
